Maharaja Palace: next spot for visitor is Maharaja Palace popular for having series of palaces in Baroda. Construction of palace was done under the supervision of Gaekwad ruler from Maratha family. Actually it is a complex constructed in old style so the place is renamed as Maharaja Palace from Nazarbaug Palace.

Baps Swami Narayan Mandir: temple of Swami Narayan is another destination where travelers can visit. This temple is constructed in ancient style, though local people have huge believe in temple so weekend darshan for voyagers could become little difficult.

By Air: Vadodara Airport is allowing international flights to board. Domestic airlines of India having flights for Vadodara so reaching the destination is not difficult. Flights from New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore are available for Vadodara.

By Rail: Vadodara railway station was started in January 1861. Vadodara junction is most busiest railway station of Gujarat. Approximately 150 trains are passing from Baroda every day. Direct train from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Kota are available for Vadodara. Gujarat’s biggest Electric Shed for railway is located in Vadodara. The 5 railway stations of Vadodara are allowing numerous trains to reach or pass city. The known stations are Vadodara Junction (Railway Code: BRC), Vishwamitri, Pratapnagar, Makarpura and Bajwa.

By Road: NH 8 is passing from the city linking big metro cities like Delhi and Mumbai. It also passes from Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad and many other cities. Indian Expressway 1 is also crossing the city so overall tourist can easily reach to Vadodara by train, air and road.
