Location: Umaria, Madhya Pradesh
Park Closure: Closed for noon safaris on Wednesdays and national holidays.
Timings: Open from October to June.
Best Time to Visit: October to May.
Climate: Moderate climate with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 35°C in summer and 02°C to 18°C from October to March.
Safari Timings: Morning safari from 06:15 am to 10:20 am and evening safari from 15:15 pm to 18:20 pm.



Access: Bandhavgarh is well-connected to major Indian cities. Visitors can reach it from Umaria (40 minutes), Khajuraho (6 hours), Jabalpur (4 hours), Satna (120 km), Delhi (978 km), Gwalior (565 km), and Katni (102 km).

Reaching Bandhavgarh:

By Air: The nearest major airports are Agra, Delhi, and Varanasi. From there, travelers can reach Khajuraho easily.
By Train: The closest railhead is Umaria, which is just a 40-minute drive from the park.
