By Train: two meter gauge railway station known as Nagrota and Kangra are available to reach McLeod Ganj. The big station close to place is Pathankot located at only distance of 90 kms. Trains for Pathankot from big Indian cities are available. To reach Pathankot tourist can get the trains from Ahmedabad, Bhatinda, DelhiJammu, Dehradun, Rourkela, Tatanagar Jn, Udhampur, Hoshiarpur and some other metropolis of India.

By Air: close air hub for McLeod Ganj is Gaggal formally known as Dharamshala airport. Only 10 kms far from City of McLeod Ganj. Domestic flights from Delhi and Kullu are available frequently.

By Bus: bus to McLeod Ganj is available from Delhi which is quite far with 522 kms. Himachal tourism is having local bus services as well from Pathankot, Hoshiarpur and few other cities of state.
